How to Reheat Leftover Steak
There are several ways to reheat steak, but in the oven and air fryer are my favorite two methods.
How to Reheat Steak in the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F.
- Place the leftover steak on the rack and cook for 20-30 minutes until thoroughly warmed.
- Remove the steaks from the oven and enjoy (or add to a favorite recipe!)
How to Reheat Steak in the Air Fryer
This method is much faster than the oven as I've tested reheating them slower and also faster and the faster cooking method worked best!
I reheat my steak in the 5.8QT Cosori Air Fryer.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
- Cook the steak for 3 to 5 minutes until heated thoroughly, then enjoy with your favorite recipe or on its own.
